TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

“Alpha in Omegaland: A BNHA Omegaverse Fairytale Zine (BNHAO)" is an unofficial fanzine organized by fans. We are NOT affiliated with the official Boku No Hero Academia series.

All fanworks created for this project remain the sole property of the individuals that created them, and are credited appropriately within the zine and on our social media platforms.

By purchasing any of BNHAO Zine's offered products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All sales are FINAL. The BNHAO Zine team will not offer returns.
2. Physical orders will be shipped from the US. As such, the BNHAO team will not be able to ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
3. Any BNHAO item purchased in a PRE-ORDER. This means orders may take months to be shipped after pre-orders close. Delays in manufacturing may result in a later fulfillment period.
4. Digital products will only be distributed once all physical preorders have been shipped.
5. If a customer's shipping address changes, they MUST contact the BNHAO Zine team before shipping begins. Once shipping starts, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update the customer's address. The team is not responsible for any resulting lost packages.
6. The BNHAO Zine team is not responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately. Once the project is completed and all funds are distributed, the team will no longer be able to resolve issues.

The BNHAO Zine team may cancel any orders where the terms and conditions are violated. If this happens, you will be contacted first and your purchase will be refunded.
